وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَ مُجْرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُوا فِيهَا وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ

wakadhālika jaʿalnā fī kulli qaryatin akābira muj'rimīhā liyamkurū fīhā wamā yamkurūna illā bi-anfusihim wamā yashʿurūn
